Each piece has a story

Every work created at Lucas & Lola is made with intention.

Some pieces are crafted entirely by hand. Others are produced in carefully limited editions. None are mass-made.

Because of this, slight variations in texture, tone, finish, or dimension may occur. These are not flaws, but natural traces of the making process and part of what makes each piece unique.

  • When we can help

    We accept returns, repairs, replacements, or appropriate remedies if:

    • your order arrives damaged in transit
    • there is a defect in materials or workmanship
    • you receive the wrong item

    If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of both the packaging and the piece so we can review the matter properly.

  • When returns are not accepted

    Due to the nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for:

    • commissioned or custom-made works
    • personalized pieces
    • made-to-order sculptures created on request
    • items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or mishandling
    • natural variations in color, texture, patina, finish, or dimension inherent to handcrafted work
    • damage occurring after delivery

Resolution

If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following, depending on the case:

• a replacement of the same piece
• a repair (when applicable, especially for sculptures)
• a refund, when a replacement is not possible

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

A note on care

Our pieces are created to be lived with, but also to be handled with attention.

• Wire sculptures are delicate and should be handled with care
• Printed works should be kept away from humidity and direct sunlight
• Notebooks and boards are designed for daily use, but not for rough handling

Caring for each piece is part of its experience and longevity.

A final note

We do not create disposable objects.

We create pieces intended to stay—objects that age with presence,
and carry meaning over time.

If something does not arrive as expected,
we will always be here to resolve it thoughtfully and fairly.
